- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days in a monthly billing cycle.
- If you experience a technical issue on our end that prevents you from using the service during your subscription period, please contact us and we will review your case individually.
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided you have used fewer than 20% of the included credits.
- After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may continue to use the service until the end of your subscription period.
- Credits purchased on a one-time basis are non-refundable once they have been added to your account.
- Unused credits from a cancelled subscription plan will expire at the end of the current billing period and are not eligible for a cash refund.
- If credits were charged in error due to a billing system fault on our end, we will issue a full refund or credit restoration.
We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same plan or credits.
- Service unavailability: If the SkyReels platform was unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, and you were unable to use the service during your paid period.
- Unauthorized transactions: If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately.
